Ski by Day, Frag by Night – Ascend the Baseline to Victory!
Get ready to carve the slopes and climb the ranks at the ultimate Skiing/Snowboarding Trip meets LAN Tournament extravaganza! We’re hosting the Slope N Scope Showdown, a weekend packed with adrenaline-pumping snowboarding and heart-pounding 4v4 gaming action, all set in a massive Airbnb just steps from Winter Park Ski Resort. This is your chance to ascend from the base of the mountain to the top of the leaderboard!
The Plan: Rise Up the Mountain, Dominate the Draft
Where: A huge Airbnb in Winter Park, Colorado, walking distance to Winter Park Ski Resort. Sleeps 20—perfect for 5 teams of 4. If we get more interest, we’ll snag another spot nearby!
What: Snowboard or ski by day (optional), then battle it out in a Draft LAN Tournament by night.
Vibe: Think crisp mountain air, epic powder runs, and late-night gaming with your crew. Ascend the baseline—both on the slopes and in-game.
Event Schedule
Thursday, Jan 8th: Check-in at 4 PM. Settle in, scope the setup, and prep for the weekend.
Friday, Jan 9th:
Day: Hit the slopes (optional).
Night: FFA Event for seeding. Prove your baseline skills and set the stage for the draft.
Late Night: Draft teams for the 4v4 tournament.
Saturday, Jan 10th:
Day: Shred the mountain (optional).
Afternoon/Evening: 4v4 Tournament Begins. Teams climb the brackets—only the strongest ascend!
Sunday, Jan 11th:
Day: Final slope runs (optional).
Evening: Championship Finals. The top teams battle for glory and the lion’s share of the prize pool.
Monday, Jan 12th: Check-out by 11 AM. Head home a legend—or at least with some epic stories.

4v4 Prize Pool: $1,000
FFA Prize Pool: $200
1st Place Swag: Medals or Rings—your choice! (We’ll vote closer to the date.)
Cost Breakdown
Your all-in buy-in is $300, covering:
Lodging for the full weekend (Thursday-Monday).
Tournament entry fees (FFA + 4v4).
A few group meals to fuel the ascent.
Additional Costs (Your Call):
Flights: Fly into Denver International Airport (DIA)—usually ~$200 round-trip, depending on your starting point. One of the cheapest hubs in the U.S.!
Ski Pass (Optional): ~$230 for a 3-day pass at Winter Park.
Gear Rental (Optional): Snowboards, skis, etc., if you don’t bring your own.
Snowboarding/Skiing is Optional: Want to just game and chill? No problem. Only hitting the slopes one day? You do you. This weekend is about flexibility and fun.
The Venue: Your Base Camp
A massive Airbnb with room for 20—think cozy vibes, plenty of space for LAN setups, and a short stroll to the lifts.
Enough power, tables, and bandwidth to keep 5 teams fragging smoothly.
If we overflow with RSVPs, we’ll lock down a second spot nearby to keep the party growing.

RSVP Needed: We need 20+ confirmed players to book this beast.
No Upfront Payment: Just RSVP if you’re 90% sure you’re in—don’t flake, though, we’re counting on you!
Once we hit 20, I’ll secure the Airbnb and we’ll finalize payment details.
